The Times said that avoiding Biden’s anger means “not only going beyond the vague talking points that he will reject, but also steering clear of responses laced with acronyms or too much policy minutiae.” The outlet continued to say that any staffer who asks for specific details from the president will prompt an “outburst of frustration” that is “often laced with profanity.”

The outlet said that Biden will “often snap” and that he tends to take weeks to make up his mind as he constantly second-guesses himself and his staff. Damningly, the Times added that his form of governing is “at odds with the urgency of governing a country still suffering the effects of the pandemic.
