Bill O’Reilly Knocks CNN Host

In an interview with NewsNation’s Chris Cuomo, former Fox News anchor Bill O’Reilly attacked CNN host Kaitlan Collins for “debating” the former President on Wednesday during a CNN town hall, labeling Collins a young woman with little experience.

O’Reilly claimed after the contentious town hall that Donald Trump did not look good as he emerged. The tie is visible at the bottom of his jacket. He is not erect in his posture. He moves at a snail’s pace. He seemed completely spent.

O’Reilly complained to Cuomo that Collins had gone about her task of interviewing Trump improperly by trying to debate him instead.

Collins was a White House correspondent before she started work at CNN. O’Reilly   joked that he wanted her to attend his “interview summer camp” and explained that her job was to get information from him, not to debate him.

According to reports, Fox News fired Bill O’Reilly, presenter of the O’Reilly Factor, in 2017 due to charges of sexual harassment and improper conduct.

Since The New York Times April 2017 story that O’Reilly or Fox had spent $13 million to settle five lawsuits against him claiming sexual or other harassment, the atmosphere had changed drastically.

Fifty or more sponsors pulled off of his prime-time program, and 21st Century Fox hired a legal firm to look into an allegation by a woman who said O’Reilly abandoned 2013 attempts to make her a correspondent after she declined a request to visit the hotel room he was staying in.

Later that year, Bill O’Reilly was fired from the talent agency he had been with for almost a decade. According to Deadline’s sources, the departed Fox News host’s contract with UTA expired at the conclusion of the year, and the agency had no plans to continue representing him.

Two years earlier, O’Reilly was attacked for saying he covered the Falklands War in 1982 despite never having visited the islands. He said his leftist detractors were making up charges against him based on semantics.
