Democrat Erupts After Bill Maher Says Red States Are A Joy To Travel In

( During Friday’s installment of “Real Time” on HBO, after moderate liberal TV host Bill Maher suggested that the pandemic is basically “over,” left-wing Democratic Senator for Delaware, Chris Coons, said that America should now focus on vaccinating the rest of the world.

During the show, Maher listed off the case numbers in California and told people to “just resume living.” He said that he knows many people don’t want to give up on the pandemic, but that “it’s over” and there is “always going to be a variant.”

It’s not the narrative that left-wingers are meant to feed into, but Maher was brave.

“You shouldn’t have to wear masks. Vaccine, mask, pick one…you’ve got to pick. You can’t make me mask if I’ve had the vaccine,” he said.

And it’s already enraged far-left extremists, including perpetual race-baiter Medhi Hasan.

Give it a rest, Medhi. We all know you’ll say anything for clicks.

Senator Coons, who was a guest on the show that day alongside The Atlantic reporter Caitlin Flanagan, was then prompted to speak. Maher had just finished up saying that traveling through Republican states is a “joy” but traveling through Democrat states is a “pain in the a*s for no reason.”

Coons didn’t know what to say, so launched into some pre-scripted message about “recommitting” to “supporting vaccination around the rest of the world.”

“There’s still a lot of countries that are very, very minimally vaccinated because if a variant develops out in the world that is able to defeat the vaccine, we are all the way back at the beginning,” he said.

Okay, but what about here in America?

What about the vaccinated people being forced to wear masks, and the unvaccinated people losing their jobs for not complying with an authoritarian mandate?

Surely the Democrats have to wake up to this soon if moderate liberals like Maher are calling them out on it.
