Disney Opens Water Parks Back Up After COVID Lockdowns

(RepublicanInformer.com)- It’s been almost two years since Disney announced that its world-famous parks would close down because of the COVID-19 pandemic, and it finally looks as though the parks are about to reopen.

It comes as the new Omicron variant of COVID-19 sweeps across the United States, reportedly accounting for more than 73% of new infections. Some Democrats and left-wingers – including Microsoft founder Bill Gates – claim that Omicron now makes this the “worst” stage of the pandemic, but businesses seem to be tired of closing down and denying their customers the services and experiences they’re looking for.

The Typhoon Lagoon water park, run by Disney, will officially reopen after being closed for almost two years, according to a report from The Associated Press.

You may recall that the Disney parks reopened in the summer of 2020, but the theme park remained closed entirely as a matter of precaution.

Nobody has really explained how people swimming in chlorinated water posed a COVID infection risk, but who cares about common sense these days?

As Typhoon Lagoon reopens, Disney’s theme park customers will now be able to access the wave pool, water coaster, and the lazy river.

It might just seem like a theme park, but this is good news. As more businesses realize that lockdowns and restrictions don’t work, others will too.

This could truly be the start of the end of this pandemic.
