(RepublicanInformer.com)- The New York Times revealed last week that, according to anonymous FBI sources, the FBI had at least two informants taking part in the January 6 protest at the United States Capitol. The report explained how one agent was regularly communicating with his FBI handler during the day, revealing inside information about the short-lived riot that caused minor property damage.
The Times says that the fact that there were two confidential informants pretending to be Proud Boys – which is a men’s fraternity that believes in libertarianism – means that the FBI had a “far greater visibility into” the events that unfolded on January 6.
That’s presumably why the FBI walked back its inaccurate claims that there were find-and-kill teams in the U.S. Capitol that day, looking for politicians to murder.
Compare this information to what FBI Director Chris Wray said when questioned during a U.S. Senate hearing recently, and it becomes very clear that the government agency is not being honest about what happened that day.

Then remember that Chris Wray, a Trump appointee, mysteriously kept his job under Biden.
What deal did Wray cut with Biden? Did it have anything to do with 1/6? pic.twitter.com/nzpJVk10qp

Wray, a Trump appointee who was (for some reason) allowed to stay on during the Biden administration, seemed to suggest that his agency hadn’t actually infiltrated the January 6 riot or worked with members of the Proud Boys.
Wray called the riot an “attack,” part of a wider plot to compare a mob of protestors to the tragic events of 9/11, and then responded to a question by Senator Amy Klobuchar in a way that suggests his agency hadn’t infiltrated the protest.
“There must me moments where you think, ‘If we would have known. If we could have infiltrated this group and found out what they were doing…Do you have those moments?” Klobuchar asked.
Wray responded not by suggesting the FBI had done that, but just by saying, “absolutely.”
So which is it?
If President Biden kept a Trump appointee in his position, you know something isn’t quite right…
