Hillary Clinton Says Allegations Are “Nonsense”

(RepublicanInformer.com)- Hillary Clinton is really angry that Special Counsel John Durham uncovered her 2016 campaign’s hiring of a tech expert to spy on then-candidate Donald Trump.

After Durham filed new documents in a federal court accusing Clinton campaign lawyers of working with a tech expert and several workers at major American tech companies to spy on communications coming out of Trump Tower, Clinton has lashed out at Durham, former President Donald Trump, and even Fox News for sharing the information.

In a speech to the New York Democratic Party last week, she claimed that Fox News and Trump were coming awfully close to “actual malice” in their comments – a legal term that suggests she believes Fox and Trump are purposely lying about her to hurt her. “Actual malice” must be proven in a defamation lawsuit relating to a public figure.

And then, Clinton lashed out on Twitter, too.

In a short tweet, she claimed that Trump and Fox News are “desperately spinning up a fake scandal to distract from his real ones.”

“The more his misdeeds are exposed, the more they lie. For this interested in reality, here’s a good debunking of their latest nonsense,” she wrote, attaching a link to far-left propaganda outlet Vanity Fair.

Here’s the problem for Hillary: the evidence is not on her side.

That’s why John Durham uncovered her campaign’s plot to spy on former President Donald Trump. That’s why he believes that the spying spanned not just his candidacy but also his presidency. And that’s why a Special Counsel was appointed in the first place – because Hillary Clinton lied when she said Trump was colluding with Russia.

If Trump, Fox, and Durham are lying, then Clinton should file a defamation lawsuit.

Let’s see what’s revealed in the discovery process…
