(RepublicanInformer.com)- Huma Abedin’s memoir is just a retread of Hillary Clinton’s memoir “What Happened.” Like Hillary’s whining, excuse-making book, Huma’s whining book is making excuses for Hillary’s humiliating 2016 defeat.
In her memoir “Both/And: A Life in Many Worlds” which came out last week, Huma claims that there is one reason and one reason only Hillary lost to Donald Trump.
Sound familiar? It should. Hillary’s “Poor Me” routine that began in late 2016 and has never stopped also lays her loss at the feet of that ten-foot-tall circus freak.
Huma, like Hillary before her, believes that Comey’s decision to reopen the email investigation in the fall of 2016 “tilted the election” for Trump. Huma writes in her memoir that Comey’s “decision to play God forever changed the course of history.”
Comey launched an investigation because classified emails turned up on a laptop belonging to her disgraced husband Anthony Weiner in late September 2016.
While it’s undeniable that James Comey is a political hack, the reality is when classified documents show up on the laptop of someone not authorized to possess them that is bad. Perhaps instead of blaming Comey, Huma should blame herself and her pervert husband.
The fact is, it took James Comey weeks to open an investigation because top officials at the FBI, including then-FBI Deputy Director Andrew McCabe, the disgraced Peter Strzok, and former FBI counterintelligence chief Bill Priestap refused to move forward on the investigation into Weiner’s laptop. Huma Abedin mentions none of that in her memoir.
Instead, Huma whines about what a “daily nightmare” James Comey was to her, adding that even now just the thought of the guy is torture to her. Then Huma writes that she is “not the sole cause of the 2016 election loss,” and she won’t carry that burden for “the rest of my life.” Instead, she thinks Comey should carry that burden.
The one person most responsible for Hillary Clinton’s loss in 2016 is Hillary Clinton. She was a corrupt, horrible, unpopular candidate. Blaming James Comey for noticing her corruption takes some Olympic-level mental gymnastics.
Huma sounds like a Scooby-Doo villain: “And we would’ve gotten away with it if it wasn’t for that pesky Comey!”
Huma then recounts that fateful night in November when Trump was declared the winner. She said that the Clintons along with senior campaign members were sitting there in stunned silence when one of them said, “Comey.” And everybody nodded.
