(RepublicanInformer.com)- Writing for PJ Media, Kevin Downey Jr. wonders if it’s safe for a patriot to wear a MAGA hat without being covered in insults and spit. Primarily since Biden has relegated the United States to “toilet status.”
Downey quips that the MAGA hat would seem to be a welcome sight these days, not only as a harbinger of better times to come in precisely 945 days (217 days until the 2022 midterm) but also as a reminder of the good ole days of cheap gas and mean tweets.

He further posited that wearing a Biden cap, if such a thing exists, would result in foul language and an a**-kicking. ‘Someone has to pay for this catastrophe,’ he mused, and inflation and rising gas prices are eroding the disposable cash he once spent at the bar on gin martinis and steak.
But it’s no laughing matter. Wearing a MAGA has resulted in a**-kickings.
-A gang of adolescents attacked a New York City gallery owner for wearing a “Make America Great Again” hat, leaving him injured and battered.
Jahangir Turan, 35, stated he was beaten up by 15-18 individuals on Canal Street in SoHo approximately 6:50 p.m. two days prior.
-Days before a bus aide in Martin County, Florida, allegedly ripped a “Make America Great” hat from a 14-year-old student, an 18-year-old Edmond, Oklahoma, student was charged with assault and battery after he reportedly demanded a classmate remove a similar MAGA hat, then knocked the hat off the younger kid’s head when he didn’t comply.
-A 77-year-old war veteran recalled being beaten in Red Bluff, ostensibly for wearing a ‘Make America Great Again’ (MAGA) hat in favor of President Donald Trump. Daniel Gomez-Martinez, 26, was later detained for violence and elder abuse by police.
As Downey alludes to, there never seemed to be a sense of proportion between the reaction to a MAGA hat and Trump’s policies.
Trump is genuinely an America-first champion and would like to see all Americans safe and prosperous.
