They say there is no love like a mother’s love, however popular MSNBC anchorwoman Jen Psaki feels that there is no love, like the way President Joe Biden loves his son Hunter. Psaki recently spoke about her admiration for President Biden’s fatherly love during MSNBC’s show, Inside with Jen Psaki. Psaki’s comments come days after Hunter Biden had been found guilty on felony gun charges.
During a monologue segment of the MSNBC show, inside with Jen Psaki, Psaki addressed Hunter Biden’s recent conviction. Psaki, who is the former White House Press Secretary under the Biden administration, stated that Biden’s recent claims not to pardon his son’s charges given the power he has showed more “character as a human being” than almost anything Psaki had seen before. During Psaki’s monologue, the MSNBC anchorwoman stated that President Biden is a grandfather who would answer a call from his grandchildren at any time, and the type of grandparent who makes kind gestures to their grandchildren by pretending to drop money to give to them. Psaki continued to rave about Biden’s character by explaining that the President’s history as a public servant is what made him choose to have faith in the justice system and not pardon his son from the same justice system that Biden was sworn to protect. Psaki closed out her monologue by stating that if those actions don’t tell you who President Biden is, then she does not know what would.
Last week, Hunter Biden was found guilty on three felony gun charges. Biden’s charges stemmed from an incident in 2018 where the President’s son lied about illegal drug and alcohol addiction during a mandatory purchase form for a handgun. Hunter Biden is facing 25 years in prison and $750,000 in fines, though his sentencing has not yet been scheduled. President Biden stated that he would not pardon his son, but did not rule out commuting his son’s sentence.
