Joe Biden Called On A List Of Pre-Approved Journalists

( President Biden held a joint press conference with French President Emmanuel Macron and brandished his pre-approved list of reporters once again, according to The Gateway Pundit. Biden began the conference by attempting to make a joke, saying that he and Macron were there to tell reporters that they had dinner with their wives last night and that is it.

But then Biden pulled out his list of reporters to select for questions.

“Okay, who’s the next question? I got my list here,” Biden said.

This is not the first time Biden has only called on reporters from a list his handlers give to him. The president held his first major conference since January earlier in November, and after giving a speech on the results of the midterm elections, he explicitly stated that he had been given a “list of 10 people that I’m supposed to call on.”

The reporters were allegedly handpicked from the Associated Press, CBS, CNN, Reuters, ABC Radio, TheGrio, Bloomberg, NBC News, and The New York Times. Each of the reporters representing these outlets asked the president numerous questions, while the room of 100 other journalists was not allowed to be called on, according to The Daily Caller.

Biden’s list, presumably given to him by members of staff, is not the only piece of paper he attends conferences with. He was photographed earlier this summer with a sheet reportedly instructing him how to act, who to talk to, and when.

A photographer, named Drew Angerer, snapped the photo that he captioned “Biden’s cue card.” The card instructed him to say hello to participants, when to sit down, who to ask questions to, and when to conclude the meeting.

Biden has also had trouble reading teleprompters in the past, once saying the words in brackets. The president’s cognitive decline has been the subject of much concern for both Democrats and Republicans.

Democrats appear hesitant to openly support Biden in another presidential run in 2024.
