Melania Trump Slams Biden For Cost of Living and Politics in Rare Post

In a rare political statement, Melania Trump has lashed out at President Biden over America’s cost of living crisis and for trying to silence her husband. In a video posted to social media, the former First Lady said that American life was changed forever after Joe Biden won the 2020 Presidential election. She described America as more divided than ever before, and that free speech is under threat “as demonstrated by the efforts to silence my husband.”

She made the video to promote her new autobiography, Melania, in which she pledges to “clarify facts” and tell the truth about her extraordinary life. Mrs. Trump is widely considered one of the most private First Ladies in American history and one that usually stays far away from politics, including her husband’s current Presidential campaign. Her absence is noted by numerous commentators, who view it as a signal that she does not wish to support him. Melania was also missing during Mr. Trump’s criminal and civil trials, and several people have suggested that the couple’s marriage has entirely broken down and even that Melania loathes the former President.

Images of her refusing to hold his hand are widespread online, and recently, former White House communications director Anthony Scaramucci sensationally claimed that she hates him more than most people. Mr. Scaramucci said he measures other people’s contempt for Trump against Melania’s, stating that only retired General Mark Milley hates him more than she does.

The former chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, Mr. Milley, took steps to protect himself and his family after the former President declared on social media that he should face execution for speaking with a Chinese counterpart in the closing months of Trump’s Presidency. In a subsequent media interview, Milley said he talked to Chinese General Li Zuocheng to reassure him that the United States had no intention of attacking China. He also spoke to Chinese officials after January 6, 2021, and told them that America was “100 percent steady” even though “things may look unsteady.” Milley vehemently denied any wrongdoing and said his actions were in America’s interests.
