Melania Trump’s Farewell Message Says “Violence Is Never The Answer”

(RepublicanInformer)- First Lady Melania Trump, perhaps the most unfairly maligned first lady in American history, gave a farewell speech this week telling the nation that “violence is never the answer.”

It’s yet another call for peace from the Trump family, who have famously opposed political violence throughout their entire campaign and time in the White House.

“My fellow Americans, it has been the greatest honor of my life to serve as first lady of the United States,” Melania Trump said.

“As Donald and I conclude our time in the White House, I think of all of the people I have taken home in my heart and their incredible stories of love, patriotism, and determination,” she added.

In the roughly six-minute video, Melania recounted her work with the “Be Best” campaign that she began during the first year of President Trump’s administration. The campaign has now come to a close as the Trumps prepare to leave the White House.

First Lady Melania said that as the campaign ends, “we must continue to give a voice to our Nation’s children & the issues that impact their lives.”

In her goodbye speech, Melania Trump also asked all Americans to become ambassadors of her Be Best campaign.

“In all circumstances, I ask every American to be an ambassador of ‘Be Best,’” she said. “To focus on what unites us. To rise above what divides us. To always choose love over hatred, peace over violence, and others before yourself.”

It comes as the media maintains its years-long smear campaign against the Trump campaign, which recently culminated in vicious claims that President Donald Trump incited violence on January 6 in Washington D.C.

Despite the Democrat and media smears, the FBI recently confirmed that the tragic violence that occurred in D.C. during a pro-Trump rally was pre-organized on social media platforms like Twitter.

Melania Trump added that serving as the first lady was the honor of her life.

“To all of the people of this country: you will be in my heart forever. Thank you. God bless you, and God bless the United States of America.”
