Nike QUIET After Kaepernick Says July 4th A “Celebration of White Supremacy”

( Colin Kaepernick doesn’t hide his hatred for America. Ever since he chose to take a knee during the national anthem he has gained support for his “bravery” from far-left radicals, the media, and even mainstream Democrats. He’s managed to hold onto sponsorship deals and rake in a fortune as large as his afro.

During this year’s Independence Day celebrations, Kaepernick proved just how untouchable he is by saying that July 4th is a “celebration of white supremacy.”

Kaepernick made the shocking claim as millions of Americans of all races and backgrounds celebrated their independence and freedom with parties, barbeques, and fireworks.

On Saturday afternoon, as people were celebrating, Kapernick told his millions of Twitter followers that the national holiday is merely a day to celebrate white supremacy.

“Black ppl have been dehumanized, brutalized, criminalized + terrorized by America for centuries, & are expected to join your commemoration of ‘independence’, while you enslaved our ancestors,” he said.

Did he not stop to consider the fact that so many African Americans are celebrating July 4th is a sign that it…is not a celebration of white supremacy?

“We reject your celebration of white supremacy & look forward to liberation for all,” he said, without indicating who he believes need to be liberated and who they need to be liberated from. In the United States, slavery has been illegal for hundreds of years – and it was a combination of the Americans and the British who championed the ending of that evil trade.

Despite Kaepernick’s extremism, Nike has remained silent. The sports company, which uses the sports star as a representative of their brand, has long been silent about his attacks on American holidays and patriotism. Before 2019’s Independence Day celebrations, Kaepernick successfully encouraged Nike to drop their “Betsy Ross Flag” sneakers claiming the flag was racist and has a “connection to an era of slavery.”
