NY Assistant DA Resigns After Being Caught Meeting 13 Year Old Boy

A Bronx prosecutor involved in child endangerment cases resigned from his office after trying to meet a 13-year-old minor boy for unknown purposes, but found himself in a parking lot where an anti-predatory group was waiting for him.

William CC Kemp-Neal, who was serving as the Bronx Assistant District Attorney, was seen running from the members of the vigilante group Dads Against Predator, who chased and eventually captured him in the car parking.

Kemp-Neal was drawing a lucrative salary of $84,990 alongside enjoying other perks that usually come with public offices. During his tenure, he remained actively involved in fighting against so-called “environmental racism” and child harassment cases.

The vigilante group captured the video of the incident in which an unknown person could be heard saying that “Marcus is a pedophile” and that he was trying to “f*** a 13-year-old boy.”

After being grounded, Kemp-Neal tried to hide his face with his cap, but a vigilante snatched it away and exposed his face to the camera.

One pursuer could be heard asking Marcus if he wanted to take the minor boy for a “milkshake,” to which he replied no.

The group called the police officers at the scene, but they did not arrest anyone. Later, the police spokesperson stated that they were aware of multiple allegations of wrongdoing against Marcus and that they were conducting a “comprehensive investigation” into the incident.

The organization, Dads Against Predators, was launched in 2020 by Joshua Mundy and Jay Cameron. However, they are not allowed to enter multiple stores in New York State as their sting operations have often ended in physical violence.

One vigilante, Alex Rosen, who founded his own organization, Predator Poachers, while also working with Dads Against Predators, said that his work includes dealing with evil, which has now made him believe that Hell and Satan are absolutely real.

Rosen has remained involved in many high-profile anti-abuse cases, including exposing the former LGBTQ+ chief of the Maryland Democratic Party, Michael Knaapen, who was forced to resign after his explicit online chat with a person acting as a minor came to the spotlight earlier this year.
