A man from Eubank, Kentucky, has been arrested and charged with murder following a fatal crash on Saturday night that claimed the life of a motorcyclist. The crash occurred on US 27 near Floyd Switch Estesburg Road in Pulaski County, with authorities indicating that alcohol may have been a contributing factor.

The Kentucky State Police (KSP) arrested 63-year-old Larry Stull after he allegedly crashed his 2015 Nissan Altima into a motorcycle, causing both the driver and the passenger to be ejected from the vehicle. According to state police, Stull has been charged with murder and for driving with a DUI-suspended license at the time of the collision.

The motorcyclist, Chester L. Dick, also 63 years old and from Somerset, Kentucky, tragically died at the scene due to injuries sustained in the crash. His passenger, Lori Lisle, suffered serious physical injuries and was rushed to Lake Cumberland Regional Hospital by Pulaski County EMS for treatment.

The accident happened around 8 p.m. on Saturday night when Stull’s vehicle, traveling north on US 27, collided with Dick’s 2005 Kawasaki motorcycle. Authorities believe that alcohol may have played a role in the deadly crash, though further details were not immediately available.

Following his arrest, Stull was booked into the Pulaski County Detention Center. Jail records show that his first court appearance is scheduled for Monday, where he will face the charges brought against him in connection with the fatal accident.

The investigation into the crash is ongoing and is being conducted by the Kentucky State Police’s Post 11. Authorities are continuing to gather evidence to determine the full circumstances surrounding the incident.
