Putin Vows To Take On Nazism

(RepublicanInformer.com)- Russian President Vladimir Putin committed to stamping out Nazi ideas and sympathies in Russia during a speech marking the end of the Second World War. During the speech, the authoritarian Russian leader vowed to take on extremism – something that Democratic President of the United States Joe Biden can’t even handle.

Speaking at the annual military parade on the Red Square in Moscow, Putin criticized “attempts to rewrite history, to justify traitors and criminals, on whose hands lies the blood of hundreds of thousands of peaceful people.”

“Unfortunately, many of the ideologies of the Nazis, those who were obsessed with the delusional theory of their exclusiveness, are again trying to be put into service,” Putin said.

Interestingly, Putin failed to cite any specific details about the kind of Nazi ideas that persist in Russia, but you can probably assume that when he talks about Nazi ideas he isn’t talking about populists and conservatives. That’s just what the Democrats do.

President Joe Biden has regularly vowed to stamp out racism, while simultaneously supporting the teaching of Critical Race Theory in schools – an idea that would pit students against one another based on their racial identity.

How come Russia can take on extremism but Biden can’t?

The Russian parade remains largely the same each year. It features over 190 military vehicles, including the famous T-34 tank that was used during the Second World War.

In Russia, the day that Germany admitted defeat is known as “Victory Day,” and it’s the biggest secular holiday nationally. Russia lost around 27 million Soviet soldiers and civilians during the conflict.
