(RepublicanInformer.com)- Fox News anchor Sean Hannity revealed on Saturday just how eager the Democrats are to completely overhaul the Supreme Court to consolidate their power now that Joe Biden is in the White House.
During his opening monologue, Hannity hit out at the Biden administration and Congressional Democrats to push forward with plans to pack the Supreme Court with additional justices in retaliation to President Donald Trump’s legitimate appointment of three freedom-minded justices over the last four years.
“Joe Biden’s radical extreme socialist agenda is taking yet another step to the left. As the weak, the frail, the ever-struggling cognitively Joe Biden ordered a commission to study the effects of judicial reform. First and foremost you have got to remember he wants to distract all of us from the disaster at the border but this is important,” Hannity said.
Joe Biden repeatedly refused to answer the question of whether he would pack the Supreme Court, eventually admitting that he would “reform” the court by establishing a commission to consider various ways of increasing leftist power on the court.
President Biden ordered a 180-day study of adding seats to the Supreme Court. He claims that his commission is “bipartisan,” and that it would also consider other ways of consolidating left-wing power, including implementing term limits for justices.
It’s a wildly unpopular idea, and one that the late Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg staunchly opposed – something that far-left Democrats and the Biden administration don’t seem to want to recognize.
Something else that the Biden administration doesn’t want to recognize is that Joe Biden himself has said that packing the Supreme Court is a bad idea.
In 1983, Joe Biden said that it was a “boneheaded” idea.

President Biden has faced intense pressure from Democrats to take action on the Supreme Court, with a strong 6-3 conservative tilt angering Democrats. Under the current Supreme Court make-up, the Democrats have no chance of advancing unconstitutional legislation and implementing sweeping changes to how America functions.
There’s a little thing called the Constitution of the United States getting in the way.
