Secret Service Involved In Finding Latest Biden Documents

(Republicaninformer.com)- The U.S. Secret Service has located hundreds of documents related to Hunter Biden’s purchase of a handgun later discovered in a Delaware dumpster.

According to reports, in 2020, Hallie Biden, the sister-in-law of Hunter Biden, reportedly threw his handgun into a trash can in Delaware. At the time, Hunter and Hallie, the widow of Hunter’s deceased brother Beau, were having an affair.

Based on the reports, Judicial Watch filed a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) request with the Secret Service requesting incident-related records, including reports, telephone logs, and witness statements. In its initial response from April 2021, the Secret Service stated it had located records and would process them. However, more than a year later, the agency noted that the response was sent in error and that no responsive records had ever been located.

A third modification was made in a recent court filing after Judicial Watch filed a lawsuit. According to the Secret Service, more than 100 records have been located.

Judicial reports show that since the Complaint was filed, the parties have conferred about the intended scope of Judicial Watch’s FOIA request.

According to Judicial Watch, the Secret Service initially denied possessing the records.

Tom Fitton, president of Judicial Watch, noted in a statement that the Secret Service’s shifting narrative on records raises further questions about its role in the Hunter Biden gun incident. The persistence of Judicial Watch may result in the release of documents that the Secret Service claimed did not exist.

At issue is Hunter Biden’s response to a question about prior drug use on a federal firearms application. Video and photographic evidence of his drug use were discovered on the infamous laptop he abandoned at a Delaware computer repair shop. Despite his denial of drug use, Hunter Biden admitted to cocaine addiction.

It is a felony to provide false information on a federal firearm form.

The New York Times published a report alleging that Hunter Biden could soon face charges for illegal tax deductions. Additionally, investigators are closing in on illicit potential business transactions involving Hunter Biden’s business associates and his father, President Joe Biden.
