(RepublicanInformer.com)- Notorious Texas attorney Sidney Powell isn’t shying away from the battle over election fraud and misconduct, stating in a Telegram post on Monday that “irrefutable proof” of election fraud is coming soon.
Powell made the statement in response to the news that the Supreme Court denied President Donald Trump’s challenge to the Pennsylvania election results, dismissing the case as “moot.”

President Trump won some support from Justices Alito, Gorsuch, and Thomas, who all dissented from the denial. The former president and his allies challenged the results of the Pennsylvania election on multiple grounds, though most notably on the basis that the election was not conducted properly. Changes to the rules regarding unsolicited mail-in ballots and how long after election day they can be counted were not implemented or approved by the state’s Supreme Court, causing a flurry of accusations of wrongdoing in the run-up to and after the election.

In her Telegram post, Powell thanked her supporters and said that there are still several important live cases that have not yet received rulings.
“Irrefutable proof is coming soon,” she said. “Keep educating everyone about the facts. Today’s Supreme Court orders were disappointing but we are NOT done, and we will not let this fraud stand. #WeThePeople are supposed to run this country.”
Powell also announced that her new SuperPAC, Defend The Republic PAC, “should be up tomorrow.”
She vowed to expose corruption in both political parties and support those who have the courage to “protect our constitutional rights and the Rule of Law.”
Powell was recently served with a massive $1.3 billion lawsuit defamation lawsuit from Dominion Voting Systems after she insisted that the 2020 presidential election was impacted by fraud initiated or facilitated by the voting systems and software used to tabulate votes.
Other high-profile figures were served with similar suits, including MyPillow CEO Mike Lindell, a staunch supporter of President Donald Trump, as well as former New York City Mayor Rudy Giuliani.
This week, it was also revealed that controversial attorney L. Lin Wood would join Sidney Powell’s legal team to defend her against the threat of litigation, over what Dominion claims are “baseless” theories about fraud.
