(RepublicanInformer.com)- After New York Attorney General Letitia James released her report on Governor Andrew Cuomo’s inappropriate behavior with women, New York Post reporter Steven Nelson actually asked White House press secretary Jen Psaki if there should be a similar investigation into Joe Biden’s own treatment of women.
Psaki dismissed the question, arguing that the claims against Biden were “heavily litigated” during the 2020 election campaign.

“Heavily litigated” by whom exactly?
This is a common tactic among Democrats. They let a scandal drag on for a year or so, run out the clock, then declare that it’s already been “debunked” or “investigated” or “litigated” and therefore it is old news and not worthy of any further attention.
This is the go-to defense often deployed by the Clintons. But they aren’t the only ones who use it. Obama’s people did the same thing with the Benghazi terror attack – with White House official Tommy Vietor telling Fox News, “Dude, this was like two years ago.”
Well, not everybody was happy with Jen Psaki’s excuse-making.
Tara Reade, the former staffer who accused then-Senator Joe Biden of sexual assault, didn’t take kindly Psaki’s claim that her accusation was “heavily litigated.”
In a tweet responding to that video clip, Reade asked if she missed this investigation or litigation, adding that what she didn’t miss were the smears and attacks on her character coming at her from Joe Biden’s campaign.
Psaki’s only defense for Joe Biden’s behavior was to argue that Biden has been “clear and outspoken” about women having the right to be heard and be treated with respect.
So has Andrew Cuomo. That doesn’t exactly prove anything.
Cuomo also fought to change New York’s sexual harassment policy. In 2013 Cuomo tweeted that there should be a zero tolerance policy in New York when it comes to sexual harassment, adding New York must send a clear message that “this behavior is not tolerated.”
That doesn’t change the fact that Andrew Cuomo got handsy with women. So claiming Biden believes women have the right to be heard doesn’t in any way mean Tara Reade’s accusation – or any other woman’s accusation — was “heavily litigated.” Nor does it address the Biden campaign’s efforts to use its supportive media to smear and destroy Tara Reade in the court of public opinion.
