Trump-Musk Interview Goes Viral, Gains Over a Billion Views

Donald Trump’s recent interview with Twitter owner Elon Musk has gone viral, gaining more than a billion views. Trump supporters have accused the mainstream media of ignoring the enormous viewing figures to conceal Mr. Trump’s popularity and to aid Kamala Harris’s campaign. “It got a lot more attention than the media wants us to think it did,” said Seth Dillon of Babylon Bee.

Trump and Musk held a two-hour discussion on Twitter’s space platform, which was hit by initial technical glitches that postponed the start time by forty minutes. Additionally, Trump appeared to speak with a lisp and slur his words, prompting some online mockery. The former President later issued a statement saying technical issues caused his voice to sound distorted.

Donald Trump subsequently faced several criticisms for remarks made during the discussion, including his praise of Elon Musk for firing striking workers. He also held Joe Biden responsible for the wars in Gaza and Ukraine and said climate change would cause sea levels to rise by one-eighth of an inch over 400 years, adding that this would increase the number of beachfront properties.

Mr. Trump also spoke at length about the attempt on his life at a rally in Butler, Pennsylvania, and said it had made him a greater believer in God. He stated that God saved him from the bullet and recalled the delight of the Pennsylvania crowd when they realized he was unhurt.

Kamala Harris’s team mocked the online broadcast and dug up an old comment of Donald Trump’s when Musk conducted a similar interview with Ron DeSantis – which was also subject to technical glitches. At the time, Trump posted, “Wow! The DeSanctus TWITTER launch is a DISASTER! His whole campaign will be a disaster.”

Joseph Costello, a spokesperson for the Vice President, said the interview demonstrated that a Trump Presidency would serve “self-obsessed rich guys who sell out the middle class and who cannot run a livestream in 2024.”

Mr. Musk later stated that Kamala Harris is welcome to join him for a similar discussion.
