Trump Told Bill Barr To Get Impeached, Because It Helps Polling

(RepublicanInformer.com)- Mediaite just can’t get enough of ripping former President Donald Trump, concocting stories and finding anything they can to make him look bad.

One of their latest stories about the former president references comments he made during an interview with Sean Hannity on Fox News on Wednesday night, in which he told former Attorney General Bill Barr to “get impeached.”

Why? Well, he said that it would improve his approval ratings.

He’s not wrong, is he? The moment the Democrats impeach over some fabricated nonsense, approval ratings go up. Trump proved that twice.

During the interview, Trump also expressed his frustration with Barr, describing how he refused to work with the president to ensure election integrity and to prevent Joe Biden from being inaugurated off the back of compromised election results.

“Look, we also had a chance, but Bill Barr, the attorney general, didn’t want to be impeached. They were vicious with him. They said, ‘We’re gonna impeach him.’ They didn’t even know why. But they were gonna impeach Bill Barr. He didn’t want to be impeached,” Trump told Hannity.

The former president said that the simple way to not get impeached is to “sit back and relax and wait out for your term to end,” accusing Barr of doing exactly that. He then slammed Barr for writing a “crummy book” that contains falsehoods about the Trump administration and his experiences.

“Had Bill Barr had the courage, a lot of this could’ve been taken care of,” he said.

Mediate is really that mad that Trump joked about impeachment improving his approval ratings?

Yikes.
