AOC Interview Question On “Softball” Question Shows Her True Colors

New York Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez was taken to task after her “softball” interview with former White House Press Secretary Jen Psaki, according to Fox News. While on MSNBC, Psaki asked the congresswoman what most people get wrong about her. AOC replied that people are surprised when she has done her “homework,” suggesting that she is prepared to answer questions and prepared to do her job.

But after four years in the House, AOC has not introduced any bills that became law.  Of the bills that she did introduce, zero of them have gotten any bipartisan support. While she touts one of her achievements being the “Green New Deal,” that proposal did not make it very far.

That is why Fox News contributor Dr. Nicole Saphier criticized the congresswoman’s answer to Psaki. Saphier called it “pathetic,” adding that any information she comes with to hearings is put together by staffers. Saphier suggested that after her political career is over, AOC will make a great influencer because while she gets facts about issues wrong, she enjoys great popularity with her constituents.

Of the many issues that AOC struggles with is TikTok. The congresswoman started a TikTok account in 2021 and voiced her opposition to the platform being banned in the United States. But the bipartisan urge to block the application from being downloaded in the U.S. comes as both Republicans and Democrats sound the alarm on its risk to national security.

The app has reportedly collected information from American iOS users despite ByteDance, TikTok’s parent company, denying that it was done intentionally.

Democratic Senator Mark Warner has reportedly admitted that former President Donald Trump was right about the Chinese platform. He has previously warned parents to stay up to date with what their children are watching on the platform. But AOC has since remained silent
