Trump Says Biden Coordinated His Arrest With DOJ

Former President Donald Trump says that current President Joe Biden had him arrested.

According to official documents reviewed by Just the News, the criminal investigation into the alleged mishandling of documents was initiated by the Biden White House long before it claimed ignorance of the raid on Donald Trump’s estate this spring. This allowed the FBI to examine the evidence collected from Mar-a-Lago and eliminated Trump’s claim to executive privilege.

The documents reveal that in April, when Trump voluntarily surrendered 15 boxes of classified and other records to the federal historical agency from his Florida property, White House Deputy Counsel Jonathan Su began communicating with the National Archives, FBI, and the DOJ.

The report shows several memoranda and emails between the different agencies in the spring of 2022 summarized the plotting that had taken place for months before the FBI’s unusual raid on Trump’s Florida property under a search warrant.

White House participation was summarized in full detail in a long letter addressed to Trump’s attorneys by the interim National Archivist Debra Steidel Wall on May 10.

In the letter, Biden gave the National Archives and Records Administration (NARA) the authority to override any claims of presidential privilege Trump could make to prevent the DOJ from receiving access to the materials.

At Just the News’ request, attorney and Democrat Alan Dershowitz read over some of the letters. He speculated that future presidents would be affected by the Biden administration’s haste to reject Trump’s claims of privilege.

According to America First Legal, an organization that monitors the judiciary, the FBI gained access to records related to the Mar-a-Lago raid through a “special access request” made by the Biden White House for the benefit of the DOJ.

In addition, the information suggests that the National Archives provided false information to Congress regarding their involvement in the FBI raid, which could be considered an interference of elections.
